Die Schwerpunkte unserer Arbeit liegen in der Entwicklung und dem Ausbau von Maßnahmen zur Gleichstellung der Geschlechter sowie die Schaffung von Prävention bei der Migration, der Entgeltgleichheit und Frauen in Führungspositionen. Hierfür entwickeln und pflegen wir Frauennetzwerke und betreiben Bildungs- und Kulturarbeit für Mädchen und Frauen.
